The Board of Directors definitively approved the Port Authority's 2022 Business Plan at its meeting this afternoon. The plan includes, among other data, economic and traffic forecasts for the year. Furthermore, Chairman Jose Benito Suárez Costa outlined to the board members the main lines of action that will guide the 2023 Business Plan, which is already under development. Fresh fish exemptions The Chairman also informed the board members that exemptions on fresh fish fees are being applied for a period of six months under Royal Decree-Law 6/2022, of March 29, which adopts urgent measures within the framework of the National Plan to respond to the economic and social consequences of the war in Ukraine. Thus, the owner of the fishing vessel or craft, and their substitute, are exempt from the fee, provided that the fresh catch arrives at the port by sea.
